Weekly Servicing

BluTech’s 8- Point Pool Report consists of all before and after photos, the current chemical levels of the pool, the type and amount of chemicals added that visit to keep the water balanced, filter PSI, a picture of the pump basket emptied, picture of control panel in auto/timeout and closed, and photos of all property gates shut.

All chemical pricing is included in our monthly cost. The price you see is the price you pay!

When you sign up with BluTech Pool Services, you’re paying for reliability. We will come every single week no matter rain or shine, we are always on call and available to come out to your pool for emergency service, and we listen to our clients concerns!

Green to Blue Process

BluTech’s Green to Blue Process varies case by case, but always starts with testing the pools chemical levels. After that, we remove all debris off of the bottom of the pool and chemicals will be added to kill off algae, remove phosphates, metal, and anything else that isn’t supposed to be there. Once chemicals are balanced, your pool will be clear and ready to swim!

Cleaning or replacing the filters is a must when it comes to a green to blue. In most cases pools will require multiple filter cleans and in others it will require replacement of cartridges. It’s all apart of the process!

Installs & Repairs

BluTech Pool Services is licensed, insured, and capable of installing anything that you need! We can install panels, filter pumps, heaters, chlorinators, valves, pool and spa lights, and anything else that you can think of!

Our CPO Certified staff are capable of performing many types of repairs. Whether replacing a filter pump motor, repairing a heater, panel, chlorinator, valve, to replumbing your whole system. We can do it all!

Pool Start-Ups

The Pool Start-Up is the most vital part of the pools life post-plastering. If the water is not added and treated the same day that the pool is finished being plastered, it can takes years off of the life of the plaster, or ruin it. Making sure the pool start-up goes smoothly is our number one priority and we have a comprehensive process to insure your pool has a healthy start-up.

Our process of adding calcium and the necessary amount of chemicals to the pool will take no longer than 3 days!

Drain & Clean Process

In the event of a green to blue procedure not being an option due to excessive debris and embedded algae, a drain and clean will take place. This consists of draining and power washing the entire pool. Depending on the severity of the embedded algae, it may need an Acid-Wash Treatment, which includes a power wash and then an acid wash. A Pool Start-Up is done upon completion.

A Pool Start-Up will take place after the Drain & Clean Process.

Filter Cleaning

Cartridge filters will be cleaned every 4-6 months as needed. Once the filter reaches above 20 PSI we will open and inspect them. If they need to be cleaned we will notify the client, send them pictures, and request a cleaning date.

In the event of cartridge filters being old and beaten up, cleaning them doesn’t do much. Cartridges have a life of about 4-5 years if cleaned every 6 months. The more often they are cleaned, the quicker the need to be replaced to keep you pool crystal clear!

High PSI is a result of dirty, clogged filters. The PSI raises because it gets harder and harder for water to pass through them due to the filters being clogged with debris. This is why we inspect all filter cartridges whenever the PSI passes 20.
